3rd Annual Art Garage Sale This Weekend!

7 09 2011

Hey all!

We at Secret Hideout Studio will be hosting our annual Art Garage Sale this weekend, Saturday and Sunday… Just a few blocks from the Belmont Street Fair!

What is an Art Garage Sale, you ask? It’s a yard sale that features original works of art by a collective of local visual artists, craftspeople, writers, and etc. for garage sale prices!
If we feel like it, we may also be putting in a variety of actual yard sale items, too. I also frequently clean out my art and craft supply storage for this event, so you can expect some fabric, art/craft supplies and wacky items as part of the mix.

If you have creative work you’d like to sell on consignment, there’s still some space left! Please get a hold of us ASAP to arrange a time to drop items off.

Please help spread the message far and wide! Thanks for your support.

Join us in March for the Bizarro paintings and drawings of Angela Molinar.

Angie Molinar is a self taught artist from backwoods Pennsylvania with a space creature/desert landscape obsession. Working mostly in graphite and acrylic, her surreal creations are often a part of her practice of the occult and chaos magick. Much of the imagery found in her work is pulled directly from the cosmic subconscious, among other things…

All of …her earlier work can be found in publications in Bizarro fiction as an illustrator and cover artists.
